At this critical juncture, a mysterious agent codenamed "The Fifth Phantom" receives an assassination mission—to cleanse the infamous No. 81 in the western suburbs. During a puppet government anniversary celebration, a key member of the "76th Department" is assassinated by underground Communist workers, alerting Japanese authorities. Five individuals involved in handling the intelligence that day are identified. To uncover "The Fifth Phantom," Hengchuan Yigu sets up a decoy, inviting the five suspects to a banquet. However, be
