エリート社員の犬飼亮は、人気俳優・浦井高人の熱狂的ファン。ある日、新人の白石真白が配属され、なんと浦井にそっくり。指導役の亮は仕事に集中しようとするが、真白の真面目でべったりな“犬系”後輩ぶりに翻弄される。近づく後輩に理性が崩れ、上司と部下の関係が密かに変質していく。甘く危険なオフィスラブが幕を開ける。
