豪華客船が深海の邪神の襲撃を受け沈没。警備副隊長のウェイドは、乗務員のランダを救い、共に孤島に流れ着く。道中、彼は女性管理人や女社長といった生存者たちと出会い、巨大な触手の怪物や変異した獣と戦い、さらには海賊や武器商人と対決する。彼らは幾度もの死闘を乗り越え、ついには全ての脅威を退け、孤島を住みやすい楽園へと変え、共に新たな人生を歩み始めるのだった。
