임원은 술에 취해 부명수의 방에 들어가 하룻밤을 보내게 된다. 다음 날 병원에서 우연히 다시 만난 부명수는 의사로 위장해 임원을 진료하며 데이트를 신청한다. 모든 게 끝났다고 생각했지만, 부명수는 임원을 놓지 않았다. 곤란에 처하면 돕고, 괴롭힘을 당하면 복수하며 더욱 집요하게 집착한다.
