舉世聞名的廚神張靜，因為檢舉廚師協會會長唐國勝暗地操控比賽，慘遭對方追殺，只好隱瞞真實身分，躲進中州老字號聚仙樓當洗碗小妹，一待就是整整三年。眼看聚仙樓經營岌岌可危隨時會倒閉，她迫不得已展露一手驚人廚藝，還意外圈到大蒼國皇子劉善，收為狂熱迷弟徒弟。沒想到東寒國廚師前來挑釁，肆意貶低大蒼料理水準，張靜為捍衛國家榮耀，不惜冒著身分曝光的風氣重出江湖。就在她準備揪出唐國勝所有罪證時，一樁埋藏許久的舊案，竟讓她陷入意想不到的危機當中
