Taeyoon, an ordinary 35-year-old office worker, suddenly wakes up in the body of Kang Eden, an aspiring idol trainee. Having never danced beyond company dinner parties with his boss, he now finds himself struggling to survive at Idol High School, Korea's most prestigious academy for training future K-pop stars. Along the way, Eden meets Ryu Ho, a student from the elite Hexagon Class, who becomes his mentor in singing and dancing.
