Sinopsis

Shu Anhao, a kind-hearted woman who always seeks to repay kindness, was mistakenly led to believe that Gu Jiahe was her savior from a childhood danger. Persuaded by her family, she reluctantly broke up with her true love and married Gu Jiahe. After the marriage, she discovered that her former lover was actually her husband's younger brother, causing her immense inner turmoil. Shu Anhao's attempt to bring good fortune to her husband Gu Jiahe backfired, making his health deteriorate to the point where he could barely stand and eventually required a wheelchair, frequently ending up in the hospital. This led to resentment and humiliation from her mother-in-law, while her stepmother and father advised her to endure in silence. Only the male lead, Gu Tingyuan, could not bear to watch her suffer and repeatedly came to her aid.
