Li Xingyue is betrayed by her father and stepsister, losing her memory and having her appearance destroyed. However, on her wedding day, she regains her memory and pretends to be foolish in order to seek revenge on her fiancé and stepsister. Gu Mohan, mistakenly brought to the wedding by his grandmother, is thought to be the groom. As they spend time together after their marriage, Gu Mohan notices that the necklace she wears is connected to a girl he once saved in his childhood, the one he had always considered his first love.
