Synopsis

Surgeon Lysandra, biased against her son Maximus, ignored his fatal car crash caused by her favored adopted son Zander. Maximus, denied treatment, donated his organs—altered by Zander to include all organs. Lysandra unknowingly harvested Maximus’s heart for Zander’s transplant, later discovering the truth via DNA. She exposed Zander and his father Jayden (who sold the heart) at Zander’s engagement. Zander, arrested but dying, received no mercy.
