Lin Weidong took the fall for Mayor Liu's son and spent 10 years in prison. Diagnosed with terminal lung cancer upon release, he uses 5 bullets for revenge: killing Liu Qiang, who assaulted his sister; his uncle's family, who seized his land; and finally Mayor Liu, before dying from gunfire.
