After a checkup, Zhao Han learns her husband Lin Feng has cancer. Mistakenly believing Zhao Han is the one dying, Lin Feng demands a divorce. Zhao Han agrees in heartbreak, while his mother Wang Fen starts making unreasonable demands. Lin Feng eventually dies miserably due to delayed treatment.
