Sophia, a terminally ill secretary with 100 days to live, endures abuse from her family and coworkers. She trades herself to mafia boss Dante for money, beginning a 100-day marriage deal. Dante has secretly loved her, as she once saved his life. He silently protects her and tricks her into taking medicine by faking a pregnancy. Together, they fight off enemies. In the end, she miraculously recovers, ends the contract, and finally finds true love.
