Once the feared Dragon Lord, Kael hides as a lowly car-wash worker after a devastating injury, secretly helping his wife Vexa rise to power. On the night he plans to reveal his identity, he discovers her affair with Riven, heir of House Vale, and is forced into divorce. Cast aside and ridiculed, Kael marries Nyx, the mysterious wheelchair-bound heiress of House Veyra, punishes those who offend them, and takes back the control of the galaxy.
