Üç yıl önce Şahin Fırat, Vildan İlin'ye evlenme teklif edip onu en mutlu gelin yapacağına ant içti. Bir yıl sonra Vildan bebeğini kaybetti, Şahin ise kaza geçirip böbrek nakli oldu. Hiçbir şey eskisi gibi olmadı. Artık yorulan Vildan boşanmak istiyor. Fakat Şahin onu eve hapsederek, "Boşanmak yok, hayatın boyunca bunun cezasını çekeceksin!" diyor. Vildan ise ölümcül bir sakinlikle yanıtlıyor: "Şahin, akciğer kanserinin son evresindeyim. Beni hayatta tutamazsın."
