Tang Jun, vice president of the Wanlong Chamber of Commerce, pushes to cut ties with illegal businesses and transform the organization. His reform angers chairman Lei Wei, who ambushes him in the border city, leaving him severely injured and suffering from amnesia. Tang Jun is saved by an undercover cop named Simon. As he recovers, his old brother-in-arms Da Xia tracks him down. To bring down Lei Wei—who colludes with warlords and holds Tang Jun’s lover Chili hostage—the three men form an alliance. Lei Wei sets a deadly trap at a wedding banquet. In the final confrontation, Da Xia sacrifices his life to protect Tang Jun. Overwhelmed with grief, Tang Jun kills Lei Wei and cleanses the chamber of corruption. Through blood and loss, he realizes that some principles are worth dying for, and some brothers live forever in the heart.
