A tragic car accident leaves Ji Changle seriously injured, causing the loss of her unborn child. On the brink of death, she finds that her fiancé, Xiao Yi'an, remains by the side of his childhood friend, Tang Yi, and even gives her the life-saving blood she desperately needs. Tang Yi deliberately spreads the false rumor that Ji Changle's carelessness caused the accident, and that she, Tang Yi, was only injured while trying to save Ji Changle.
